Pickup Time

Pick up time is adjusted to working hours and confirmed with the delivery person. Working hours Monday-Friday 09.00 - 17.00 Working hours Saturday 09.00 - 14.00.

Delivery time

Delivery time is adjusted to working hours and confirmed with the recipient of the goods. Working hours Monday-Friday 09.00 - 17.00 Working hours Saturday 09.00 - 14.00.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are charged based on the greater of the actual weight (kg) and item dimensions (dim). Shipping via air dimensions calculated: length x width x height (cm) : 6000 Shipping via land / sea / regular (Java & Lampung) dimensions calculated: length x width x height (cm): 4000 contact our customer care for further information

Insurance

All shipments that have a goods price above IDR 500,000 must be insured with a premium of 0.30% of the goods price. If not insured, the replacement limit follows the provisions of Asperindo & Cesco Logistics

Packing goods

Shipping fragile items must be packaged in wood to avoid damage at a separate cost. CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE FOR MORE INFORMATION

Claim damage/loss

The claim limit for damage to goods/documents is 1 x 24 hours from the time the AWB is signed by the recipient by sending a photo of the goods via chat WA/email to Cesco Logistics. The claim limit for loss of goods/documents will be processed based on the customers agreement with Cesco Logistics no later than 14 days from confirmation of the loss.
